Entah apa lagi yang busy I pun tak tahu…

etc… etc… etc… duhhhh tak pernah rasa sepenat ini…

I feel exhausted and need a break! seriously…

At the moment, jam menunjukkan pukul 12.27 malam…

Checking my mail box, there are 9976 more emails waiting to be read!!..

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We’ve learned how to make a living, but not a life. We’ve added years to life not life to years. We’ve been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We’ve done larger things, but not better things.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete…

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

MMSB Taska & Tadika

Last Saturday morning we managed to meet Madam Wong, Principal of M.M.S.B Taska & Tadika at Taman Pertama’s Branch. Without any appointment we walked into the place to get to know more about the school and meet all the teachers… (I know about this school last few months from Viviana, thanks ya Vie! :D)

My hubby and I have started looking for Irfan’s new school since the first day we arrived in Ipoh, in fact this is the seventh school we’ve searching for… huhuhu. Sounds like fastidious parents huh? No… we are not choosy nor fussy, we are just looking for the RIGHT place where he can enjoy learning and socializing with his friends and teachers everyday, his happiness is our priority. Trust me, I am saying this for what we had been through before!

So far we like this school more compare the others. Their facilities is good ; well furnished, comfortable and fully air-conditioned classrooms; well stocked Junior library with good books; well equipped playground and indoor educational toys; music room; computer room; serves halal food; clean toilet and bathroom. They also provide transportation. However, I think their programme is quite heavy for Irfan as they have; Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese, Mathematics, Science, Moral learning, Agama Islam (Al-Quran, Jawi and Fardu Ain), Junior Computer, Physical Education, indoor and outdoor activities. ( come on, my son is only 4 y.o next year, too much for him rite??? poor my baby, pingsan!! emm less of art and craft activities too, I know he is more to this stuffs) Personally, I love their teachers and environments… yes, it has multiracial students and teachers (This is what I’ve been looking for… I prefer Irfan to have a friend such as Ahmad, Muthu and Lim instead of having Abu, Bakar and Ali only hehehe) And importantly, Irfan gave positive responds also! He said this MMSB school looks alike teacher  Saimah’s school! hihihi (actually, she used to be his teacher in Tunasari in KK, and being inside this school reminds him to teacher Saimah!!) It is located not too far from my office, means I can go there easily in case of any emergency.

However, I haven’t made any decision yet and still thinking about his enrollment since I have another two preschool to be checkout before 2009. Anyhow, we will make sure Irfan will be back in school by next year as he missed his school very much! I’ll share the updates later.

Sekarang ni dah jam 11.45mlm, Irfan and papaIrfan dah lena, mak napi sekeluarga baru balik dari rumah kami, biasa lah… mereka datang beraya Selagi Syawal tak habis selagi itulah budaya kunjung mengunjung untuk berhari raya tak akan habis… Mata ni dah mengantuk, tapi bila nampak jer ada tag Raya dari NR YuMmie, terus decide nak buat, baik buat sekarang… kalau bertangguh nanti pasti ianya takkan terbuat sampai raya tahun depan! hahaahaa

1. Berapa pasang baju raya aku tahun ni dan apa pulak warnanya?

Mama and Papa Irfan buat sepasang baju raya jer.. Irfan saya buatkan 3 pasang, sebab selalunya dia akan tukar baju at least 3 kali masa raya pertama, jadi nak dapatkan Irfan berbaju Melayu sampai ke malam, saya buatkan lah tiga pasang.. hehehe dan warna baju raya kami tahun ni bertemakan ‘light brown’

2. Apakah makanan tradisional raya kegemaran aku?

Memang banyak makanan tradisional kegemaranku!! Yang paling disukai adalah Lemang bakar (made by abah), ketupat nasi makan dengan ayam masak kacang (made by my mak), lontong, sambal goreng, dan rendang dendeng adalah diantara yang saya suka juga.. banyak lagi yang lain, tapi kebanyakan makanan tradisioanal raya memang saya suka

3. Apakah biskut raya kegemaran aku?

Nie pun ada banyak… tapi dari dulu kini dan selamanya yang akan menjadi ‘the most’ kegemaranku adalah tart nenas hihihi

4. Berapa banyak duit raya aku dapat tahun ni dan berapa pulak aku spend?

Tahun ni tak dapat duit raya… selalunya mr.meor akan bagi tapi tahun ni tak ada sebab dia nak guna banyak duit untuk rumah baru, I pun tak kisah.. hihihi tapi ada juga Irfan bagi RM1 ari tuh hahaha and berapa dah spend emm tak banyak pun… macam tahun-tahun sebelumnya cuma guna RM300 untuk bagi duit raya pada budak² yang datang beraya.

5. Aktiviti malam Raya Aku?

Seperti kebiasaannya, papa Irfan akan ke masjid untuk bertakbir dan seterusnya ikut jemaah bertakbir dari rumah ke rumah, kami di rumah akan bersiap untuk sediakan juadah sikit untuk jemaah yang datang bertakbir… Kemudian I akan masukkan biskut raya dalam balang biskut… Iron baju raya untuk esok dan sebelum tidur adalah waktu untuk masukkan duit raya dalam sampul hehehe Tahun ini kerja semakin mudah sebab Irfan dah pandai tolong masukkan duit dalam sampul hehehe tapi duit untuk anak buah, adik beradik dan mak sedara and pak sedara saya masih kena buat sendiri sebab jumlah berbeza-beza mengikut priority hihihi

6. Mangsa tag raya kali ini..

emm mata dah mengantuk, boleh tak kalau saya tak orang? tak ada peraturan apa-apa kan? hihihi nite…

Finally today on the 08. 10. 2008, officially we got the key!! what key??? hehehe our new house key lerr! yayyyyy Finally we manage to buy our own house! Alhamdulillah… macam tak percaya jerrrr We are soooo excited about it… Actually, it is not really our dream house but it is something that affordable and suitable for three of us to live. It is a double storey terrace house with 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms… not too big also not too small, just nice for three us…  I don’t plan to renovate or do any specific decoration, just want to do all those basic things that must be done for a new house. And … iya it is still need many things to be done! Lucky we settled the grille with the blacksmith already. The rest must be done one by one nicely then, hopefully we can move in by the end of next month.. duhhhh I have to stop now since Irfan needs me… I’ll share the photo and the updates later ya… traaaa

Hari ini dah masuk 7 Syawal 1429H, bermakna sudah tujuh hari umat Islam merayakan Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Masih sempat lagi nih saya nak ucapkan Selamat Hari Raya kepada semua umat Islam mahupun yang bukan Islam yang bersama-sama merayakan Aidilfitri. Sebelum Syawal hari tu memang betul² tak sempat nak post Raya wish dalam blog. Sibuk dengan membuat biskut raya lah, masak lauk lah dan segala  persiapan raya yang lain… Hihihi part yang best this year tak perlu nak pack² baju untuk balik kampung since we are no longer live in KK so nak balik kampung dah senang, semua sumbat masuk dalam kereta!  hehehe

Tahun ni kami beraya bersama keluarga mydearhubbychubby, bermakna kami beraya di rumah ibu mertuaku. Biasa lah ikut turn untuk adil dan saksama hehehe Actually, I don’t mind beraya di mana pun sebab mana² pun sama yang penting kami dapat bersama bertiga; Irfan, mama irfan dan papa irfan Tahun nie, Irfan dah tiga tahun, dah pandai bersalam dan ucap selamat hari raya hehehe so bertambah seronok sebab dia enjoy setiap kali ada orang datang beraya ke rumah mahupun tiap kali kami pergi beraya rumah saudara mara atau kawan-kawan. Dia pun dah excited bila dapat duit raya! Tahun lepas everytime dapat duit raya dia biasa je, tapi tahun ni siap kira lagi!!! hahahaa  Irfan suka makan ketupat dan kuah kacang, tapi lemang dan rendang dia kurang sikit, maybe rendang yang dia makan pagi raya tu pedas sangat hehehe tapi mama dan papa Irfan makan memang banyak, semua sedap lah katakan! hahaha

Hari raya memang hari yang kami nanti-nantikan… masa ini lah nak berjumpa saudara mara dan kawan² yang lama tak jumpa… sebab masa ni usually semua orang cuti and balik kampung berkumpul bersama keluarga jadi peluang untuk berjumpa memang ada… so bila dah jumpa biasa lah kan… ‘gossipping and makanning then bermaafing!!’… memang seronok Petang hari raya pertama tu kami sempat pergi Penang, jumpa Mama Eni Irfan (Irfan’s nanny while we were in KK) , happy sangat! tak terasa penat bila dapat berjumpa orang-orang yang kita rindu dan sayang… rasa tak puas jumpa Mama Eni petang tue.. Kalau beraya dengan keluarga mydearhubbychubby ni memang banyak berjalan ke rumah saudara mara dan tahun nie lagi hebat sebab mak nak beraya ke semua rumah besan. So apa lagi, kami bawak lah ke semua rumah besan mak termasuklah rumah bonda ku untuk menunaikan hajat ibu mertuaku hehehe memang raya sakan!

So, minggu ni dah start kerja, jemputan rumah terbuka dah tersenarai… Ahad lepas jiran kami dah jemput ‘open house’ diikuti rumah Adi Khamis ni, sabtu ni je ada 3 jemputan ‘open house’ termasuk rumah ismazaidi uwaaaaa macam mana nak kuruskan balik badan nih!! pingsannnnnn!!! selagi tak habis Syawal selagi itulah badanku semakin naik bagai dipam-pam!! uwaaaaaa i need help! serius!!! tapi raya setahun sekali rite? so.. LANTAK!! muahaahahaa Akhir kata, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Minal Aidil wal Faizin.. mohon maaf zahir dan batin… teruskan bergembira di bulan Syawal yang mulia ini!
